Frequently asked questions

What is credit restoration?

Credit restoration involves removing negative information from your credit report, including late payments, collections, tax liens, and more. On average, 25% to 30% of the information on a person’s credit report is inaccurate. Our experts work within existing federal laws to have accounts containing erroneous information permanently deleted from your report.

How much do your services cost?

Initial consultations are always free, and we charge a small administrative fee to request and compile your credit report. Once we’ve had a chance to review your information, we will provide you with a personalized quote that outlines a plan of action for your unique credit situation.

Are you state certified/bonded?

Yes! Be wary of any credit restoration company that is not state certified/bonded. If a contract sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

How long does credit restoration take?

In most cases, our customers see improvements on their credit score within three to six months. Once we’ve had a chance to assess your credit situation, we’re able to provide an estimate of how long it will take to reach your goals.

Is credit restoration permanent?

Once negative information has been removed from your credit report, it’s deleted permanently. However, maintaining a good credit score is an ongoing effort. That’s why we provide financial education for all of our customers, ensuring that you have the tools you need to continue making sound financial decisions.

Are your services guaranteed?

Yes! Most of our services last for at least six months. If your credit score doesn’t reach the goal laid out in your personalized action plan, we continue working on your behalf for free.

Can I repair my own credit?

Yes, federal laws make it possible for you to review your own credit report and request the removal of erroneous information. Many consumers, however, have limited knowledge of credit companies, tax laws, and collections agencies. Our professional credit consultants have a wealth of experience that they employ on your behalf, saving you time and resources.
